Eligibility

Unopened, unused products may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Opened diffusers, oils, and used items are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons, unless defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item for a replacement or refund.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
