  • Items can be returned within 7–15 days from the date of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, in original condition, and with all original packaging, accessories, and invoice.

  • Used or damaged products (not due to transit).
  • Customized or special-order items.
  • Products without original packaging or invoice.
  1. Damaged / Defective Products
  • If the product is received damaged or defective, please inform us within 24–48 hours of delivery with photos/video proof.
  • Replacement or refund will be processed after verification.

  • Once approved, you will be guided with return instructions.

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
  • Refunds will be credited via the original payment method or bank transfer.

  • Return shipping charges may be borne by the customer unless the return is due to damage or incorrect product delivery.
