AQUATONIC

Aquatic scents are clean, fresh fragrances that evoke the feeling of water, such as the sea, lakes, rivers, or streams. The main aquatic scent in perfumery comes from a lab-made molecule called Calone, which was first synthesized by Pfizer in 1966. Calone creates a powerful “marine” aroma that some say reminds people of the sea, cucumber, and watermelon.
