Delivery Information

1. Order Processing
   All orders placed with Le Scent 1.618 are processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation and payment clearance.
2. Delivery Timeline

• Standard delivery timeline: 3–7 business days across major cities in India
• For remote or outstation locations: 5–10 business days
  Delivery timelines may vary depending on product availability and logistics conditions.

3. Shipping Coverage
   We provide delivery services across Pan India. For bulk or project-based orders (hotels, offices, restaurants, banquet halls, retail stores & more), customized delivery schedules will be shared separately.
4. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges with in Hyderabad will be free, out of Hyderabad shipping charges will be as per actual will be mentioned clearly in the quotation or invoice
• Free delivery may be offered for bulk orders or long-term business clients

5. Order Tracking
   Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via Email / WhatsApp for real-time updates.
6. Delivery Guidelines

• Please ensure accurate delivery details (address, contact number) are provided
• A responsible person must be available to receive the shipment
• Any specific delivery instructions should be informed in advance

7. Damaged / Missing Items
   Customers are requested to inspect the package at the time of delivery.

   While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Le Scent 1.618 is not liable for delays caused due to unforeseen circumstances such as:

• Transport or courier delays
• Government restrictions
